HDFC Life is a great organisation for those who have working for a long and a WORST organisation for those who has joined from other companies. They have treated me very badly in spite of my very honest effort. I have taken a break (leave) during my 25 months from my work. In result, they have not given me any appropriate reward. The HR has also not co-operative. As a Circle Head, Jodhpur, we did highest nos of Licenses in PAN India in Agency Channel but there is no recognition just because I have joined from other organisation. Have also received regular mental harassment & faced inappropriate language from my seniors. They don't know the meaning of honesty & commitment....Read More

There is no Job security in HDFC Life for those who has joined from other companies in the last 2-3 years. They treated their New employees with a bias approach. There is lots of humiliation through inappropriate language used by superios in SALES. Have not received any increment in last two assessment in spite on my honest & committed efforts. I was ranked 13 out of 24 Circle in the Zone and has produced highest nos of Financial Advisor PAN INDIA in the year 2016-17 but they have not given me a single rupee increment. All the CIRCLE HEAD below my performance level has taken an increment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Highly disappointing work culture</mark>.
