HDFC BANK gives a personal touch to your work life. It brings the best person out of you and makes you more human. The people around are a joy to handle and the manage is quite pampering. Employees feel at home. There are good set of rules applied well but that doesn't come across humanity and treatment is fair and just.

Dislikes

Too much target oriented. Lesser skill development, lesser work force and larger tasks. With little more efforts in the right direction this could be the best bank worldwide.

They would never loose you, you have a great job security.

Dislikes

Working hours is the main issue, u need to work for 11 hrs and holiday working also sometimes. Some of the managers are very demotivating.
