Lots of politics at Lucknow location, discrimination on the basis of religion, caste and management favours there own personal favourite people , no value for talent , it’s just impressing our seniors and they help in completing target by outside source. No place of learning .. pathetic experience, worst place to work in VRM hdfc Bank Lucknow

Job security , Fixed working time , Company policy was good.

Dislikes

Training part was like as we already know everything like system knowledge etc. Lot of politics and the seniors don't listen our issues instead of they shout and make you feel pressurise.No support at all from trainer or management.My experience was so bad that they don't teach you how to work practically and then question you & shout on you.

Work Details

I struggled a lot to learn as everything was new but no one took the pain to teach me accordingly.There was no proper training session given.Overall bad experience.
