I had joined as Preferred RM and for a surprise i was not given my book of the RM whom i had relieved , but the same book of the outgoing rm was given to an existing RM who already had a book of his own. One New RM who dosnt have a book and is being asked to build his own book and are given targets as if he is a manned RM. Even after that the book was mapped with zero clients in it and expectation is as the book need to be build within 6 mnth with 100 plus groups and meet your target as well and also bring in complete family relation. It became a joke when i appeared for other interviews to say that i dint had a book insted i built my own book . Means HDFC didnt mapped u a book . Even after all this i tried and in 9mnth some home crossed 100+ groups but my time was over and had to resign. I was given a role of preferred rm ,asked to work like bsm and was not allowed to approach branch clients as it were mapped to other RMs of the same branch. What a wonderful experience bank gave me !
