Job security is always there, apart from that HDFC Bank is quite slow in changes and a total bureaucratic work culture.

Dislikes

Training is the worst, how the management is expecting without proper training is unbelievable. Work life balance is worst, late working hours and abusive boss. Innovative ideas are less valued.
