HR policies are strong. Importance for learning and development is high... Some people are good...
Dislikes
Not possible to balance between Work and life. Politics entirely ruins the bank from entry level to middle management. Caste discrimination is highly seen in appraisal, career development. Few people would test you saying, "you have to adjust with biggies". All the information shared are not true(either to you or to BM about you). Many work as spy to get good name. Even after work is done, you are not allowed to go home....Read More
