HDFC is such a place where if an employee was covid positive, he/she was made to feel that he/she shouldn't have survived it. they are harassed by supervisors like Danish Khan and no body helps you out. Although Danish himself doesnt know about anything RBB but still keeps an ego with his team members and makes sure that they leave the organization. Plus he has the support of his supervisor, Ms Deepa, who blindly trust this guy. Even if you are performing and doing things right and ethically, one might not be liked by these guys and you end up resigning. PS- If you resign they'll harass. If you stay again they'll harass. If you switch to new organization, people like Danish Khan will give a fake feedback due to which one might loose another job. Shame HDFC have people like Danish Khan and supervisor like Deepa who just want to boost their own EGO. After merger of HDFC ltd into Bank staffs life is like more than hell. People see you as working in top bank except that there no satisfaction.

Culture in HDFC Bank is worse. To get rid of Internal politics you'll required atleast 1 yr. Senior don't care about you they wants business and business only. Can't say more than this. That there's no guarantee of your promotion even after 5 yrs in organisation, if you're not spacial child of senior in the chair.
