Pressure is too much job security is not there. After a certain time employee is taken for granted. They don't retain and they take Care of employees if they want to go they let them go. It is only the people who bring business survive..

Work place or environment is disappointing, unpleasant for lower employees as yelling,verbal abuse happens always and favouritism too happens and last but not the least gender equality should be there irrespective of male or female and works should also be entrusted equally.
