Nothing as such. Only few bosses are cool but again they also get swayed away by bad bosses feedback. So there remains nothing good to even suggest anyone to join this company.

Bosses do not support you even if you deserve all the good things and do not value your hardwork at all. Transitioning from offrole to onrole seems like a impossible thing. They will anyone onrole and will hire any onrole from outside who doesn't even have that much of knowledge but won't elevate the career of existing employees andwill disrespect them proudly in front of new employee who has just joined....Read More

Everything .... There is nothing I liked there. I was an offroll employee and people treated me like shit . I use to do all the work but there was 0% credibility. Seniors are not ready to guide and there is no respect in their eyes for offroll employees. There is no learning graph and i think an MBA holder should never join this especially as an offroll. The discrimination is very high in the company and the salary they provide to off-role employees is extremely low as compared to freshers on-role employees as both works on same role and same work level.

This company is taking proper precautions to beat covid 19 . Proper guidelines are provided to every employee how to tackle this situation while on working mode. Most important company takes care of employees financially. HDFC is itself a brand so love to work with this top brand.

I feel this that our working is not showing to top level managers. Growth is slow sometimes our efforts got hidden.
