Fully hindi speaking people control higher population.Ratings are not given base on skill and capabilities.mostly south people will be under estimated purosely by north people.

Dislikes

8year bond for 12th students.education provided to techbee is not regular which will spoil future. South people are getting kicked by north people intentionally by giving flase ratings to ensure hindi speaking people sustainablity

Work culture is good if have assigned to Billable Project. As a service industry, You Value till Billable assignment once you released from Project No mercy.

Work satisfaction. Bench Policy is horrible. Not assigned to project for which hired. No response from HR and leaders management team.

Nothing as such you need to appear for interview after interview to secure a project and the company itself makes you alien when you are in bench, no exposure to technology and you can't upgrade your skill with the kind of work

HR and management are worst species here they never care for your career they only look for you as billing cash cow, nothing else!!

I like the benefits, they have many but must know how to use it.

HCl work on managers. Manager is everything in HCL. Even if they have policy, unless manager approves it you cannot do anything. HCL managers are least bothered about their subordinates and their team. They only come to take the credit. Almost 95% of employee work on client location...HCL has very less in-house projects. And they also do not provide cab or shuttle facility for client locations.

Delaying while recruiting and also delays in appraisals by 14 to 15 months. They should really work on this parts.

This organization has extremely toxic culture, get ready for no promotions/appraisal they will give you all sorts of reasons to skip discussion about appraisals. And god forsake even if you manage to get good ratings it shall be generally delayed by an year easily. The top creamy layer always gets the attention they need but overall the organization is an goverment organization.

Can not say about other projects but this company makes this Order Management part like disaster. Only our team following strict 8:30 hrs shift + 1 hr break, rest teams getting flexible breaks, promised for Hybrid, but not providing it, no work life balance, tooooo much bad experience.

"One area that could be improved is the process around salary hikes and the timeliness of compensation letters. Sometimes there are delays, which can affect employee morale and planning. A more streamlined process for these aspects would greatly enhance the overall employee experience."

Hybrid work culture is good.

Dislikes

They didn't think about there employees at all. They only want you to work 18+ hours after that they didn't give you any hike and appreciation at all. Also the corporate politics is at high level.
