1. Legacy and work culture as an organization. 2. OLA's of Functions / departments in the backend mostly does not support customer expectations and SLA. 3. HCL transport.

I am completing one year in hcl, only giving different training. Not even single interview given for the project.

Dislikes

Training of HCL is very bad. Management is very very bad. Also for training not giving proper access for learning. I will as a fresher never ever join HCL. In HCL lot of politics I see.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

Culture and office politics and management. System don’t work properly then they can to do compensate without overtime. Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals.
