HCL has very good rules and regulations that makes job stable. Generally BPO jobs are not stable in any company but 6 months bond certainly good for employees.

Dislikes

I am terminated from the company suddenly even my two months bond period is still left. My supervisor made me blacklisted for no reason. Company is good but ultimately it's depend on employees how they implement policies.

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
