Everything. No work life balance. Dictatorship. No corporate rule. Extra work load, No support from seniors. Creating unnecessary pressure on employee, no leave no holiday. Manager think they are the owner and can do anything.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
