I am able to manage my personal and professional life well. The support from my managers is tremendous, they constantly upskill me by providing the right approach to be better person at work. I am learning day by day and very happy to work with HCL healthcare team.

Dislikes

Sometimes the challenges that occur in ground level needs to be addressed and sorted out. Less manpower and multitasking can cause stress, but proper timeline and support is always given to manage.

I wish this place had something worth liking.

Everything. No growth scenario. My day started at 8 AM and would go straight till 9 in the night. Managers didnt value individuals timings. Called even on holidays just to fulfil the manpower, and later on no compensation for the work. Recieved no job training when i started but i received it almost 3 months later. A really painful experience. I would never recommend anyone to work here.

Really hectic. Starting at 8 am, but no idea when would the day end. Sometimes 8 pm and on average 8:45. Really bad managers. No learning experience, but pretty well know how to handle bad headaches thanks to this place.
