Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14_18 hours straight in the day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night that is a pain sometimes

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product as well as manage day to day yield operations pitching to my company as long as I get to work closely with the client it will be a great learning experience

Here I got good apportunity to develope myself in terms of skill and communication. Career growth is also provided by them as a result your performance and sometime you got lucky, they will promote you to the next level only for the requirements of the company.
