This is every company cons - Hike, Second, If you are joining as fresher, then there is high probability that you will join a team whose work is to code on third party tool which is core system of company. That tool is not used anywhere but in some companies only. So for 1 year you will work on that. afterwards you will be shifted to other team. Not all fresher are dumped to that team.
