There is not much to like about the organisation.

No salary increment, no promotions, there is no professionalism, most employees are not qualified. Deserving and good employees are supressed and not recognised. Nepotism, partiality and every unprofessional practices are too evident. They gave salary in installment basis, that too at the end of the next month.
