The team was supportive and had pretty talented people.

Dislikes

The overall work culture at the Regional level especially is very toxic. People were expected to attend meetings/work remotely even if they had COVID and the language used in the office was also not the most professional. Overall the company didn't have the best resource utilisation strategy. A lot of people at the central office were being worked to the ground while the others had no work.
