Likes

Strict timing of 8 to 4.30 after that it is upto you to decide, 5 days working. Work pressure will be there since due to Chinese invasion

Job security is a threat. Since due to the product range and after Covid the volumes are really gone down so much so there is huge threat in job

Work Details

Absolutely fine, especially on the weekends it was awesome. 5 days work, management pressure was there but then it was a manageable one only not a big problem. Only threat was job security.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
