Thinking of Updating or learning new skill which will not happen and team size is lesser compared to which the work won’t divide so you have to do most of the basic things in which you will do an half cooked job

My experience is as good as my manager is....it's been so long working here not much but more than 4 months but still it is a comfort to work not with company but it's people such as our store manager Ramesh our operational manager Rakesh and some buddies....

As much I have seen this company take much time to repair their appliances such as refrigerator and air conditioner even though its an icecream parlor.... My manager says that no new employee can have a good future in this company.... Theirs Yusuf Shaikh somebody he's zonal manager or something I guess very rude and talks in a much bad way that employs leave company because of his behavior....
