Everything - Culture, most staff members are retainers (retired persons) and bad internal politics. Deven and Vikram Both are very pathetic, arrogant and self centered persons. Beware of hem, don't get trapped in their sweet talks. They fired any position person at anytime without and prior notice or intimation. They don't care for anyone. I have seen the most senior person and middle senior person and lower position person fired, without any specific reason....Read More

Deven and his son Vikram both are fool, never ever join this company in future, they mentally very cheap type, no one person did stay long time, they fired with in 4 to 5 months every new joiner person, plz request to all you, beware to join this company.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
