Less work pressure as an MT. Curated MT program. Brand value in market. Free meals in HO. Reimbursement rates & timely salary/reimbursement disbursement. Company culture. Saturday offs. (Not sure for others)

Dislikes

Less salary for MBA grads. Little slow process, kind of red tapism but that's changing. More field job & high travel,but they reimburse for that, so that depends.

The salary structure and the compensation process is very complex which does not help the employee like the Variable pay system in case if the employee is leaving the organisation in mid year then he or she is not eligible for the variable pay on pro data basis.

They have developed means to cut salaries. No proper leaves for employees. Very strict GPS. This is not employee employee-friendly company but only business-oriented. Not any spending on employees but only systems systems and systems. They have to change their approach otherwise they will be striving for skilled manpower in future. These telecom guys will destroy company employees' spirit.
