It's good to work here. It is like a school where new students come and learn about the working process through which they go any other companies where they can work any level of stress.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are very very poor at low level. Also it cuts half of your salary from CTC. If you have any strong connection here then you can get promotion otherwise not that good. Company culture is good for Gujaratis not for out of this state. If you work in shift then forget about your week-off. They don't give your week-off as per your requirement.

No. Of engineers in electrical dept. are only 5 -6 for handling all plant ,work load is too much ,working hours 12 to 14 hours is normal,you have to come to night if the minor problem occure bcz no engineer in shift only technician hanlde the plant in shift so engineer have to come
