No career growth unless you are from Gujarat itself, management has no control over the employees -anyone can do anything they like in workplace, corruption is very high starting from mid level to high level management, almost 70-80% contarctors and contract labors have no skills, heavy involvement of various political people insidethe plant premises, don't expect discipline and good manners from anybody, administrative powers were only in the hands of few select people (those are locals)...Read More

1.Politics of local peoples. 2. No policies to follow. 3. No head office involve in operation , so Local department head do whatever they want , Specially HR. 4. All polcies are manupulated between Gujrati vs. non gujrati employee. 5. After resignation they torture you, if u want releive before three month. 6. In short if you are local, they come to join for govt. Job, no hikes, promotion biased, oldest technology, less working hands, all labour local-they do jobs as per they mood, dont come here to join salary structure also poor, no benefit except govt. Just like government job, work is more but no pressure to complete work immediately.quarter facilities are good but food and rent of house are very high.freedom of everything.

Slow work, procedure.delay in every work. If you want to complete a task then it will take 4 to 5 days for any small task.

It's good to work here. It is like a school where new students come and learn about the working process through which they go any other companies where they can work any level of stress.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are very very poor at low level. Also it cuts half of your salary from CTC. If you have any strong connection here then you can get promotion otherwise not that good. Company culture is good for Gujaratis not for out of this state. If you work in shift then forget about your week-off. They don't give your week-off as per your requirement.
