only the good thing was the work life balance here.. nothing more

all are negative only, they dont't give appraisal to hard working employees only the ones who are in the company since 5 years but they don't work. all the work is assigned to new joiners till 2 years. the politics is at it's peak, people call names and code words to discuss about another employee so others will not know who they are talking about. if someone is dressed very simply without makeup, other girls taunt them and ignore, they only want to sit with good looking and fair skinned people. They make you work on Saturdays then suddenly ask to leave without any negative report. but will say you were a very good person<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. the salary is very low compared to other companies in the industry for 5 years+ experience people</mark>. I will never recommend anyone to join this company with such toxic culture. Don't know why the rating was good and why I trusted and joined Hatch....Read More
