The leadership team does not know how to lead. They are running a school in the name of an Agency. There is nothing cool about this place. You'll get school vibes as you enter. There is a lot of politics and employees are called family and are treated in the worst way possible. The only thing you will have in the name of work-life balance will be work. According to them, making employees work on weekends is their birthright. They will even quote a para from your contract if you say no.
