The leadership team does not know how to lead. They are running a school in the name of an Agency. There is nothing cool about this place. You'll get school vibes as you enter. There is a lot of politics and employees are called family and are treated in the worst way possible. The only thing you will have in the name of work-life balance will be work. According to them, making employees work on weekends is their birthright. They will even quote a para from your contract if you say no. They'll give you guilt on all your leaves and might even punish you with extra work. Some of the aged people have completely lost it.

Working at hastag orange is like having no social life. I use to work over night no compensate and food were offered also all the senior leave the office and the individual have to close the lights and door after completing the work. I remember somedays i leave at 3am and 5 am
