Job security is good. But you will be paid only half during pandemic and they think they are the only ones who pay their employees At least half the salary. Work culture is too poor, back to 1940s. Worst micromanaging by so called heads who are probably school drop outs. Zero technology updates. Old laptops, clumsy work areas. Yelling at female employees when you have nothing else to do.
