The company is very good for learning. For freshers.

1) pramotion and appraisal is not on time and not as per performance slots are fixed for every level. 2) contractors payments are not on time and they forced you to take the work from them without payment. 3) on site when material is there ,no labor for work because of poor payment methods. 4) poor transportation facilities for staff. 5) internal politics from old employees against new staff. 6) no good food for staff....Read More

They give you the opportunity to grow because the seniors always give their work to you that will help you to learn something. Besides that, nothing is good in this company.

No salary on time even for 2 months, heavy workload, no work-life balance & also time is 10-12 hrs. for site people, no vehicle for transportation, even they will not provide you enough food while working on site, continuous fight in civil and mep team, project managers are always targeting you and asking you to take responsible of work which is not assigned to you.
