the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team. company purchase 4K camera. footage is very good.

compensation is decent but growth is slow

Nice company to start my career with. Learned new things with my team mates and seniors. Salary was spot on time.

Dislikes

Very strict with their rules. No mercy on deducting the salary as penalty. Obviously, no one will like to deduct their salary.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
