One of the worst things I observed here is, there is almost no bench period and there is no value at all for your hard work and try for level of improvement which decrease the confidence, especially automotive division management is the biggest minus for the company, they simply connect with HR and they will decide even employee futu re, I was forcefully deallocated from the project because of internal politics which are very high and mostly plays a vital role in HARMAN CONNECTED SERVICES.
