The only positive thing is that salary will be credited before 2 days of the month.

One of the worst things I observed here is, there is almost no bench period and there is no value at all for your hard work and try for level of improvement which decrease the confidence, especially automotive division management is the biggest minus for the company, they simply connect with HR and they will decide even employee future, I was forcefully deallocated from the project because of internal politics which are very high and mostly plays a vital role in HARMAN CONNECTED SERVICES. not much to learn if you are in harman international. management has no clue on how to handle customers. company was different when dinesh paliwal was the ceo, now things have changed. You are on your own, no team work, no appreciations for your efforts. If any issue is reported, immediately the fingers are pointed on to an individual.

no appreciation for your hardwork, no clearly defined responsibilities. some employees are overworked and some enjoy their stay at harman. It really depends whether you are overworked or not

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
