Better to avoid joining harman connected services as there is no job safety at all and you should be trouble when no projects HR force you to resign, If no other option and jobs,join harman and move out after 1 years for safer side.

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

Higher Staff do politics In Harman International pune, Maharashtra. They form a Maharashtrian cluster and they don't want someone from other states specially from North side get promotion or good appraisal. When i was in harman all the guys from UP gets very less hike and didn't get any promotion. At last if you are from UP don't gopune office choose any other locations. has good learning resources and some of the projects are good. It is typically like a outsourcing company where all of the work and culture depends upon the client that you are allocated to. Internal projects are good.

Client I am assigned to is very bad at treating contractors and there is literally no support from Harman. We are working like bonded labourers only option is to quit.

As johndeere client, no any likes are there.

If Johndeere is a client, don't join this company. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the office, it's like being jailed. It's like slavery. Johndeere makes every decision, including hikes. You will be harrassed by Johndeere leads a lot. Their work is also given to you.

Poor Management Poor job security No projects. Freshers will be allocated to project where it is no requirement of them. They will be asked to do learning & then giving some support tasks, no hands-on experience in the project. Even if projects are allocated to freshers then also you will be non-billable means you will be HR & management & at last after 1-2 months they will ask you to resign saying that they there are no projects. Join this company as a fresher only if you want good salary & just chill because you might get no chance to do hands-on work on projects even if you are allocated to it....Read More
