The work life balance in Harman is very good compared to others. The job security also good All management and working culture is excellent. Yes the company police is an average but it is good. Working with Harman is an amazing experience.

Dislikes
Only the cons will be transportation and annual increment. They have to give equal proportionate to transportation for both male and female employee. Also if the food is provided in free of cost then it will be better for afternoon and nightshift employees. Annual increment also okay but it could be better.
