The only good thing about this company is to always keep you in their role even if there is no work. Job security is high when comparing to another companies that I have worked so far.

Dislikes

They have to think in the shoes of employees. Because, they don't appraise the employees based on their performance. They just provide appraisal to everyone same. Its making a bad example for those works diligently.

The company has both onshore and offshore projects. Clients are reputed companies like TVS, SFL, Harita Seatings, Volvo, Caterpillar, Alstom. Few clients may absorb the people deputed in the project as onrole. Management is good. HR team conducts frequent activities and outings to relieve mental stress.

Dislikes

It has disadvantages for any engineering services company. One (usually) cannot have decision-making capabilities on the project. You should be lucky to get a good project if you are on the bench.
