The only good thing about this company is to always keep you in their role even if there is no work. Job security is high when comparing to another companies that I have worked so far.

Dislikes

They have to think in the shoes of employees. Because, they don't appraise the employees based on their performance. They just provide appraisal to everyone same. Its making a bad example for those works diligently.

Job is decent, but they won't provide a relieving letter after I leave my job there legally without any problem and they won't understand employee's problems.
