Nothing from Harding Side, their organisation is working under some speculation, like every will think some one will do the work for them, for Joining of employee paper work will be always delayed , an sometimes becoz of this delayed employe miss the ship, becoz on time the didn't provided correct paper work

Dislikes

Punctuality, Worthiness, They said hotel charges will be paid by them, when reached hotel, they said you have to pay for know, becoz their card is been declined , I mean what is this, we are on, a foreign Land, an after stay we got to know payement is declined an before checkout we got to know this, I thought it is genuine error, but the same error was reported by every single their, so it means they do it intentionally. Salary never on time , In my 6 months contract they never paid salary on time always delayed by 1 week or sometimes even more, always new excuse, you can't trust these people's whether they will give your Salary or not after such a huge hard work, an if Harding says this comment is lie, I have all papers with me...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
