The only thing I like is unlike my project, other projects have a very good flexibility for the employees. They only have to do 4 hours of work on working days. Whereas my project needs me to login at 11:30 and logout at 9:30 PM.

what I don't like about this company is that there is no scope for the role change. I wanted to be a developer as I have a very good knowledge in that domain, but due to the company requirements, they gave me the role of tester, which honestly I don't like.

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year.
