Hi..my husband is working here for now a year. I can see him struggling at his job . I can see that the reporting managers and boss are making employees work very very long hours. My husband is working ( even when we are advised to stay at home due to corona crisis) for more than 12 hrs a day. He hardly gets up from his seat due to constant and terrible work pressure. The reporting manager and boss have no concern for employees personal time, health, family time . Neither they appreciate employees for their hard work. I can see it has become a thankless job. I am worried about my husband's health due to constant mental torture at work, even after working hours and during weekends. I regret asking him to join this company.
