Likes

Working culture is quite good. Managers are really supportive. Salary is more consistent than your breath here.

Dislikes

Vacation policies are different for every project going around. I think there should be consistency regardless of project. Accomodation & other facilities need to be improved as that makes employees more happy after tiring work whole day. Discrimination Gap b/w TCN & korean employee needs to be shortened as that makes people feel more bad when all we are humans & earning for same bread....Read More

Working as Commissioning Engineer here in HENC. I would consider myself as lucky to be part of this esteemed organisation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
