Good work environment and culture.teammates supportive and management is transparent.company policies are good.they give good salary and bonus for every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but Carrier growth is slow.

This company security to all management staff all so very worst corrected, no body's not give the respect, especially the BHARATHI-HR very very worst corrector & worst behavior. No benefit.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
