Compensation is indent and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes , I Have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day proper training, No proper training for freshers, No proper facilities like washroom's , Canteen , Transportation and...etc.,

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
