Good policy of leaves, it's a fun job for some time after joining.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad manager's treat people like animals Hr give threats if you want to leave company salary is really poor you have to work like a donky doesn't matter if you are sick.

Work Details

Initially its great since i always achieved my targets hut after promotion its terrible i got I'll because of the hardwork of 10-11 hours a day

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
