I worked at Hamilton for around 1 year anc 7 months, work culture is very nice, Supportive colleagues and co workers from others deparment. Nice organisation for career growth.

1 ) First of all. this real and true review. every one please be read before going with this company.. special Products design Dept.. 2) Too much politics too much.. chaate giri.. Design Head is not technical.. but only his English faster. or converter, His did,t any practice experience about design. I don't know How to selected company to him. 3) So you can be assume how was going working in design department. 4) No promotional flow.. "Jo chaate ga usako hi milega" No matter any degree no matter experience. 5) Work culture is very very bad..because mainly design and development handle only one person, operation dept head, they was have degrees of electronic file. and they handle plastics file company.. It a very dangerous half knowledge 6) Please noted.. the HR department working as dummy department. they don't have any write, the just listening only and everybody work as type writer only. 7) Other department culture is good. 8) Salary time to time. 9) Never employees Growth. in this company. 10) Mainly Too bad process of increment of only design department , example - Aap kaam or reporting karenge aapke RM ke sath, and design head review karta hai., or jo kabi saaal me aapne ko dekha nahi O VP increments ka percentage decided karega. means It's so horrible.. It's one of the most fastest growing Company. Company of the owner it's so down to earth person. Every employee of company for him like a family member. In the time of COVID situation owner didn't deduct the salary of any single employees of the company. Even he said to management inform to each and every employee if they require any medical help for family also company will be provided.

1. The HOD atitude live his owner of the company 2. Work culture is the worst 3. HOD is biased and does everything except the job 4. Entire team of e-commerce wants to just leave Hamilton housewares because of the office politics. Even in last 2 years 18 employees leave the Hamilton only reason is HOD atitude. 5. You can join any team in Hamilton housewares except the Ecom team as the growth is very bad in this team although there is tremendous growth is Ecom business 6. Nothing to like anything, if you joining then it's a waste of time in your carrier specifically Marketing & Product team. All the old age guys are stagnent in their position. it's a Mafia type decision making company

Dislikes

During Covid time also they prefer to come to office and work. People coming from far away place are not allowed for reimbursement also and also increment is just peanuts. No promotion even after spending 5 year in company where as my reporting manager got promoted twice.
