Typical middle east govt organization with no career growth & opportunities ,increment,job security, Promised benifts they don't pay on time and worst HR Dept. and processes with least consideration to employee career growth,hikes or processes in place.

Dislikes

Everything except compensation as it's high when converted to local currency.

Alhamdulillah, had a very excellent professional working experiences at Hamad Medical Corporation. I left only because of my father's health in India otherwise would have still being working with such a good corporation. My best wishes to the corporation and it's excellent administration and to the Qatar government on its health care plans.

Dislikes

Nothing more than the scheduling of the vacation time for some resources due to unavoidable circumstances.
