Campus is quite big & covered with lush green. Work life balance is good. Free access to multiple learning platforms. Few basic benifits like Postpaid/Wifi/Gym reimbursement are available.

Dislikes

Process is too slow. Lot of legacy one has to take care. Needs drastic changes to some policies. Too many mandatory compliance trainings (~50) are required to be completed once we join. HRMS system is a old age one.
