Company is good but treating an employee is too bad here.... They need to maintain Sir, Madam policy..... Work wise it is good to work but team leads and leads they play games..... Nothing. No proper leave policy. If we take an leave they ask us to work on SUNDAYS. Especially the head of the HR Mr. Mahesh Avadutha does this. And this organisation is full of scam. No one sustains for more than an year. There are no promotions and hikes. But make us work for 14 -16 hrs a day.

No proper HR Protocol. They are just seen only on documents but not in reality.
