Nothing to like other than learning.

Dislikes

They don't treat employees with respect, management including HR dont care for employees who spends all their weekends and holidays working for the company. No leaves carry forward, no wfh allowance, no employee engagement. Management is biased if you aren't a referral employee. No career growth and your development even if you are working 14-15 hours. Promotions aren't announced and kept hidden because favoritism....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
