Inadequate medical infrastructure. Nepotism. Some people have the tendency to 'stab from back'. Poor promotion policy. No functional training is given as per requirement. No scope for sponsoring higher studies. Discrimination with old and sincere employees. Weak HR policies. No sanctioned vacancies in any department. No appreciationfor real good work.
