very good organisation to work for. HR is really good and helpful. Maybe a little less learning opportunities for civil engineers as here civil engineers do mainly maintenance works and so being a support department career growth is slow in comparison to chemical engineers firstly, followed by mechanical and electrical engineers which can be perceived after 7 to 8 years by comparing salaries and appraisals of year mates. But you will get n excellent township to live in, with a perfect work-life balance and i would say a dream job for all civil engineers....Read More

Few employees are supportive. Good access to senior management at plant. Management is supportive when employees are in distress. Salary/ benefits are good and at par with industry. Township is good. Good terminal benefits. Openness to learning.

Inadequate medical infrastructure. Nepotism. Some people have the tendency to 'stab from back'. Poor promotion policy. No functional training is given as per requirement. No scope for sponsoring higher studies. Discrimination with old and sincere employees. Weak HR policies. No sanctioned vacancies in any department. No appreciationfor real good work. No transparency in recruitment of experienced persons. On line systems are complicated. So many DGMs, GMs, SGMs, CGMs, very uncommon in industries. Very high attrition rate.
